LPG Prices Soar, Increased by Rs 23.86 per kg

ISLAMABAD: The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has announced a significant increase in the prices of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), raising it by Rs 23.86 per kg. As a result of this revision, the new fixed price of LPG stands at Rs 201.15 per kg.

Additionally, the domestic cylinder rate has been hiked by Rs 57.70, leading to the new rate of LPG for domestic cylinders being set at Rs 2,759.89.

In July, OGRA had previously fixed the prices of LPG at Rs 177.29 per kg. With the latest increase, the 11.8 kg cylinder’s price has surged by Rs 281.51, reaching a total of Rs 2,373.64.

These changes in LPG prices may have implications on consumers and businesses relying on this fuel source for various purposes.
