“Dubai’s Burj Khalifa Sets New Record as Most Visited Landmark, Welcoming 17 Million Annual Visitors”

Dubai’s iconic Burj Khalifa has once again achieved a remarkable milestone by securing a world record as the most visited landmark worldwide, with an impressive annual count of 17 million visitors, according to a report by Khaleej Times.

The towering Burj Khalifa, soaring to a height of 828 meters, equivalent to three times the Eiffel Tower’s stature in Paris, has solidified its global fame by attracting approximately 22 million Google searches alongside its annual visitor influx.

The analytics website, Switch On Business, unveiled that this architectural marvel generates a substantial $621 million in ticket revenue annually, highlighting its significant economic impact.

Earning the second position on this prestigious list is India’s iconic Taj Mahal, a monument renowned for its beauty and history. The Taj Mahal garners 22 million online searches and hosts 7.5 million visitors every year.

Securing the third spot is the mesmerizing Niagara Falls, which captivates around 13 million visitors annually and ignites over 1.2 million online searches.

Mir Wasim Raja, a travel industry expert, emphasized the pivotal role that a landmark like the Burj Khalifa plays in attracting tourists from around the world, branding it as Dubai’s unmistakable tourist draw.

Notably, the official Burj Khalifa website outlines ticket prices for the sky view observatory, starting from AED 80 per person and extending to over AED 750, offering visitors an exceptional experience.
