In a captivating clash within the ongoing World Blind Games cricket tournament held in Birmingham, Pakistan secured a triumphant win by outplaying India, prevailing with a lead of 18 runs.

The cricket showdown unfolded at the King Edward School Grand Birmingham, where Pakistan took the lead by amassing a total of 187 runs on the scoreboard, albeit losing 8 wickets over the course of 20 overs.

The standout performance came from Pakistan’s Mohammad Salman, who demonstrated his prowess with an impressive 50-run innings. Nasir Ali’s contribution of 46 runs and Badr Munir’s 37 runs further solidified Pakistan’s innings. India’s A.K. Reddy displayed skillful bowling by taking four crucial wickets, while Ayan Naik secured three wickets.

In response, India put up a valiant effort, managing to accumulate 169 runs and losing 7 wickets in the process, yet ultimately succumbing to a defeat margin of 18 runs.
